The Automotive Coaching and Training-ACT group’s In-Shop Training Support Program has been designed to address today’s complex facility issues through focused “face to face” type training.  Being able to meet with the clients in their facilities offers unique experiences not normally noted with conventional training through classroom interactions.  We are able to look at the facility with an “outside looking in” perspective that could not come from any other way of training.  And let’s be honest, having a coach walking with you and looking at your facility while covering your concerns and issues will always give you a better sense of them understanding “your” issues.

Not content with reusing or teaching the current “tried & true” methods of training, the ACT group’s staffing continually strives to evolve, not only in techniques but also content in today’s changing automotive businesses.  From helping you deal with Millennial employees, setting correct labor rates based on the costs of doing business, to helping you choose website designers as well as building Incentive Based Payroll Programs, the ACT group has you covered.

Both the In-Shop Training and the Phone Coaching programs use the ACT proprietary Month @ a Glance program developed by Ray Kunz Enterprises as a weekly reporting system to their specific coach.  In this way the clients coach can oversee the Critical Key Performance Indicators (CKPI) of the facilities weekly numbers instead of the old monthly method still used by many companies across the country.  Overseeing the CKPI’s through this unique proprietary program allows the coach and client to identify and correct issues within days instead of weeks of the issue……one more reason you need to ACT Now!

The Automotive Coaching and Training-ACT group’s Phone Coaching SupportProgram has been designed to address today’s complex facility issues through focused phone training.  Because it is not always financially feasible for clients to be able to have one of our coaches on site monthly,  we needed another way to get coaching services across the country .  It was through our desire to be able to coach, train and help as many automotive clients as possible, that we developed our Phone Coaching Program.  This program has a tendency to hold our clients a little more accountable being based on weekly calls instead of the monthly In-Shop visits! The Phone clients get weekly 1 hour calls, every week, at the same time 48 weeks a year!

We have always known that the typical once yearly classroom training was good at that moment, but very limited in the length of time it lasted. We've also seen how excited Service Advisors are when they come back from this training, and then over the weeks/months how that excitement is beat ouf of them by customers, technicians and YES, even the owners.
